We’ll review and schedule a 30-minute complimentary discovery call so we can learn about your travel style, preferences and ideas for your trip. Once we’ve agreed we’re a good match, we’ll start planning your perfect trip.,

DESIGN
This is the part we love! We’ll take all that info and design a detailed proposal/itinerary filled with logistics, accommodations, and suggested experiences for you to review and provide feedback. This process usually takes 1-3 weeks depending on the length and complexity of the trip.

Review your proposal
You can make any changes or tweaks to fit any additional needs. We thrive on timely feedback during this part of the process. Once you’re in love with the itinerary, let’s book it!
04.
Book your travel
Let the anticipation begin! We’ll send you an invoice for the deposit to lock in your travel. We’ll go over a payment plan and when the final payment is due. We will also set up a travel app that contains your itinerary, all necessary details, and travel documents. Everything you need will be at your fingertips.
